Fat Loss for Hashis is delivered using Libby's proven IN/OUT framework.

My Hashis Fat Loss Story...

I was diagnosed with Hashis back in 2007 after a long battle with my health and my body. When doctors told me that there was nothing I could do I simply didn't believe them!

I understand the body's power to heal and so I sought out all information I could find and then put myself into remission.

I know how awful this disease is and I was filled with a passion to share what I'd learnt, so I became a Hashis Coach. That's what led to the creation of the Heal My Hashis Protocol which has now helped so many others get into remission.

The more people I helped, the more I found that the number one concern with Hashis and hypothyroidism is the weight gain. That was my biggest concern too. Once I learned how to solve this for myself, I knew I could help others navigate this challenge as well.

Do you offer payment plans?

What if my Hashis is really bad? Can I still lose weight?

I strongly advise you to do the Heal My Hashis Protocol first… this protocol is designed to remove all autoimmune triggers, lower inflammation and help you solve the puzzle of your Hashimoto's. HMH has all of the fundamentals you need to understand to live and thrive with Hashimoto's. Fat Loss for Hashis does NOT cover these again - it is entirely new information focused on fat loss.

What if I’m vegetarian or vegan?

The meal plan and recipe pack I have provided does have an animal protein focus that can be adapted to have plant based alternatives. Please note that while you should be avoiding soy with thyroid dysfunction, you may need to consider having fermented, organic soy protein to supplement your diet. Please still avoid Seitan and other wheat products, as well as dairy products as directed in HMH.

How is this different to the Heal My Hashis Protocol?

This is not a guide on how to put Hashimoto's into remission - it is a completely different Protocol, focused on how to lose body fat with Hashis. The strategies for healing are different to those of fat loss. I don’t go into food triggers, gut health support, or many of the other facets of HMH. This is purely body composition based, with the same scientific underpinnings as HMH.

What if I haven't done Heal My Hashis?

There are principles in HMH that are really important to healing and weight management such as food triggers. I do encourage you to do Heal my Hashis first, or if you can manage it… at the same time.

If you have managed to make really good progress healing Hashis on your own that's great too and Fat Loss for Hashis is a perfect next step. 

What if I lose motivation and cannot continue?

There are weekly email prompts and coaching videos to keep you on track and I encourage you to listen to the guided hypnotherapy for motivation and mindset provided in week 1. If life gets in the way and derails your progress, you can come back to it at any time. There is not time pressure or ‘end point’ so you always have access to FLFH with your login.

There is also a super supportive Facebook group with more than 4500 members. There is a lot of accountability to be had in community. Jump on, introduce yourself and share what you're going through. You're bound to find some kindred spirits. 

What if I can’t start right now?

That’s okay! You can start whenever you’re ready. I encourage you to invest in your health NOW so that the prompts remind you to commit to yourself in the near future.

I had Graves' / have Graves' weight gain - can I still do FLFH?

Yes absolutely. The same principles apply that underpin all autoimmunity - you will understand the fundamental knowledge of fat loss while not triggering an autoimmune response. It is healthy, holistic fat loss.

What if I don’t lose weight?

Everybody’s weight loss journey is different and I cannot control all of the lifestyle and environmental factors that you encounter along the way. Please trust the process and try to implement as much of the learnings as you can - and I know you will see results in so many different ways. You will have lifetime access to the protocol and I encourage you to come back to it whenever possible.

Can I get a refund?

As this is a digital product, all sales are final. I would, however, be very open to your feedback so please write to me about anything you have an issue with or don't understand.
